Never know what you’re going to find

Gunny I need to borrow a random box or ten. I went through my crap today and confirmed that it’s all crap. Only good thing I found was a junky 30-30 fl sizer I had put back to cut off as a intermediate neck sizer for making .256winmag. .357 to .257 is a hard single pass resize so throwing .308 into the mix should complicate things but make it easier and hopefully more efficient due to less split necks. I also found a bunch of other junk mismatched die sets, one of which I will turn into a 30-30 neck expander to help with seating flat based bullets.

My two car garage has never had a car in it Mine looks at times some what like yours till I get sick and tired start and straighten it up I have accumulated so much over the years It's to a point where I have no room to put anything. When I do straighten up I find things that I went and bought again Don't fish any more I must have 50 rods and reels Outboard motors, a load of things to do with fishing. I have hunting things that I have acquired over the years I don't know where to start to sell this stuff I guess yard sales but most people at yard sales want it for nothing or less LOL I'd rather donate it than give it away My wife of 59 years is in the same boat she has stuff every where on tables, on chairs, Etc. I guess you could say we had more money than brains Clothes we have bought and never wore because of the up and down weight problem I guess we could be classified as Horders

Gunny

Liked the booklet; looks like a Cliff Notes version of a Marine Corps TM. Funny thing is my brother actually has all three of the weapons you have pictured there in his collection, though the BAR is a semi-auto version.

Glad to see you keep finding cool stuff. That cart is interesting. It shows that sometimes a little thinking and a bit of effort can make something very useful.

The manuals are cool. I hope you find a nice way to display them.

It’s an Iver Johnson , maybe by Erma and the German K98 trainer is a KKW. Good eye!
Ya Erma made the IJ carbines, they also branded them under their own name after IJ folded.
The DWM KKW machinery was "liberated" by the French after the war and moved to the Manurhin plant where- they added a small box magazine to turn it into a repeater- I should've known the lack of magwell meant yours was German...lol.
Ive seen a bunch of the French guns appearing at gun shows lately- somebody must have imported a recently unearthed stash.....

In 1985 I went to the Pomona California Greater Gun and Western Gun And Knife Show (I guess a thing of the pass nowadays). There was a vender selling German 22 trainers with magazines for $100. He had three or four crates of them. I still kick myself for not buying one.:(
Did you spot any other rifles you recognize

I emptied a safe like that once to find the board on the bottom was warped from the weight of the rifles on it!

You still have free shelf space!

I wonder how long it’ll stay that way.
Sorry couldn’t resist busting on you a little.

Seriously it’s nice to see you getting things in order. And it seems like you’re spewing some positive energy showing all of your hard work! Can’t wait to see the pics when you get it all done.

Gunny, the two rifles with the gray composite stocks look like a couple of Rugers, possibly 10/22s. What is that pump-action with the scope and tubular magazine between those two gray rifles?
The two gray stocked rifles are a 10/22 and a Remington 597. My youngest son, Isaac, has laid claim to the gray stocked 10/22.
The pump with the scope is a Remington Fieldmaster 572.

I thinks it's a Remington 572, I'm sure Gunny will straighten us out on that.
