I'd clean it out and look in there with a light to see if there's something in the throat that isn't supposed to be there. If not, I believe I would contact the rifle manufacturer.
I have no idea what would produce those rings. Maybe a rodent has built a nest in your chamber?
But, I am going to say, in a gas gun, keep the bullet off the lands. The bolt has enough momentum to crush the case and drive the bullet into the throat lands. Then, if you have to extract the round, the bullet will be stuck in the throat. For gas guns, experiment and find bullets that are not jump sensitive.
COL of 2.800" is to long for reloads. The bullet is hitting the feed ramp on loading. When it hits, bullet gets crooked and loose. Crooked bullets will rub the chambers throat.
The bullet only has .001" clearance in the throat. Thats .0005" on each side.
Note that the minimun COL is 2.530" But never seat the bullet so deep into the case that the ogive is below the case mouth. The ogive i refer to is where the full diameter of the bullet starts tapering towards the bullet nose. It will measure a small amount smaller than the bullet diameter of.264"
