Aquilla 22 bricks

Aguila ammo was heavily imported from mexico when 22 ammo was in short supply. I still have some and it works fine, but I wouldn't pay too dollar now now for their ammo.

Cabela has Aguila for $25/brick. Match is more but not sure how much more

I used to shoot Bullseye and found that Blazer was the go to for most shooters. I could get into the mid 550’s with it. Palmetto State has it for $19.99/brick delivered when you buy 5 bricks. I would get that over Aguila any day

It has always worked well in my firearms BUT the other players are usually cheaper in the LGS so I buy them instead. When I can buy SK Match for less this is a no brainer. FWIW yesterday I went to the local WM and for the first time since the last President was elected there were at least three different brands and many boxes of each. I purchased a 550 round of Federal bulk for $20 and change out the door. This is the first time I have purchased any .22 in at least 9 years. Fortunately I had stockpiled a fair bit ahead. The last time I bought them there the box was blue instead of red and they cost me $18 and change out the door so not really a large price increase IMHO. The CCI was more expensive, that had jumped in price substantially though over the same time period. I have begun to buy the premium ammo such as the SK Match on line as even with the shipping it is still much less expensive than buying locally.

Just ordered a $45 brick of colibri over the weekend. Free shipping over 50 at Cabela’s. I’m not fussing over that price for special ammo. I wouldn’t pay that for plinking ammo.

$59.99 is what the local Big 5 Sports has it priced at. As far as I'm concerned it can stay there. I have shot some Aguila and it's good ammo. However most places it and CCI mini-Mags are the same price at $3.99 for 50. I go for the CCI.

I'm with others, I'll never by Aquila for that ridiculous price. I went to the Tulsa Gun Show last weekend and there was tons of cheap ammo.

Plenty available here also. The fact that it is now available makes me believe those stories I read a while back about federal departments instructed to by crap loads of ammo to demand side the market.

Aguila's not bad, it's a little dirty so I usually run it through my revolvers.

Half that price would be a stretch. $60 a brick for it means that someone just came out of a coma from 2013.
