I have a nice piece of American Holly 3/8 inches thick, 6 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide. I think this will make the grips. Can anyone recommend someone who might be interested in building a set?

Personally, I'd grab a little cheap pine and mock up a set or two until they're just how you want and make em yourself.

Usually needs to be a half inch thick for grips.

I still need to get around to ordering some micarta and sending it to Culina to get a set made like the set CraigC has on a S&W (625?) for a 629
