Has anyone done business lately with Lage? I've been trying for several months to get a response from them so I can place an order for some parts. I've tried telephoning them, never got a person; left numerous messages, never got a call back; e-mailed them several times with the same result.
I'd make the trip to their facility, though it is 4 hours away, but their web page says such visits must be approved in advance - and they won't talk to me, so that seems to be out, too.
Should I just give up?

Cancel previous transmission - they finally called back, and I was able to place my order. Said they hadn't received my previous e-mails or phone messages. At least we got it done.... Sigh.

Yes, I do a fair bit of business with Lage. Are you sure you are calling the right number? Lage is one of the most customer focused and responsive companies you can find in the firearms business, or any business for that matter.
