Ya Gotta Have A Tent To Hunt!

I make my own tents, even a 65 mph wind can’t take it down. Made as a local version of a tepee, but with canvas rather than Caribou hides

I have the 6 person Alaskan Guide tent from Cabela's. Bought it years ago before the vestibule was included and was an optional add on. Found the vestibule in the bargain cave a couple years later and glad I added it. I can see why they are standard now. I have set it up by myself without any difficulty and weathered through several very significant storms in it. High winds, torrential rain and also snow. No complaints.

Being a canvas man myself (lots of historical reenactment and such), how well do the non-canvas tents do with a stove? I envision lots of little brown-edge leaky holes in the roof...
