I had one. Went “bang” every time. If that’s an acceptable level of performance then you’re good to go
What astounds me is when someone scraps the barrel, sights, trigger, stock, and sometimes the BCG and still calls it a 10/22. Key bra like taking off a radiator cap, driving a different car unde, and still thinking it’s still the same car
In fact you don't even need to buy a ruger in the first instance, just assemble the (better) aftermarket parts.
The OEM magazines and mag detent is about the only stock thing I'd keep from a 10/22 build.
