I bought this local barn find sat from a friend who picked it up and knew I was interested in any older firearms. the good a 16 ga 2-3/4 chamber made in 1936 win with a solid rib and 26" barrel in ex condition inside with a impcly choke. the bad rode hard and put away wet, missing take down pin- minor pits- shabby recoil pad-hardly any finish left-small cracks at the receiver butt stock connection(but solid). I know its a older shotgun, but one of the best made and left in a barn for how many years just makes no sense to a firearms lover. I will clean it up and put a better recoil pad on it and get it into the hunting fields again.
