A little help

I have never owned a gun that has been reblued or refinished. I don't know exactly how to tell if a gun has been other than the stamping not being as crisp. So can anyone tell me if this one may have been restored?View attachment 871068 View attachment 871069

Hard to tell with photos, best is to get it out in the sun light. The housing should be even and not have the hollow look. This just looks like normal wear.

All of the lettering/numbers look too crisp for a reblue. It looks like good honest wear.

See the very faint lighter color line around the the edges. If it was sanded or even buffed after bluing the line will dissaper.

Really though looks original but im no expert, either way its a really sweet rifle.

Looks original and certainly has not been polished for a re-blue - at least, not as shown by the pics.
