Win M1917 OOPS

Certainly worth the winning bid if the buyer's premium and transfer aren't ridiculous.

And probably, even if they are.

Todd.

Buyer premium is 10%, transfer is included if bought onsite. I've always wanted a "shooter" M17, I think I was sleeping on this one.

Keep in mind though, that you didn't of course *miss it* at $475. Might be, you and the winning bidder could have taken it up considerably higher.

Then too, whoever drove him to that price might have been caught up in the enthusiasm of more than one other bidder competing and then things can get exponential as others wonder: "What do they know?"

Some other interesting closing prices in that auction.

I'd like to have one of those Colt 2000s just because they are so doggone weird.

Todd.

Yeah, auctions are fun...Would have been fun to see where that one went, I had a hard limit of 650 marked on that one, just couldn't bring myself to jump in. Prices were pretty low at this one compared to most they hold there. Everybody was pretty tight, most guns sold to online bidders. I suffer from the curse of knowing what they used to sell for within this century even.
