I got some 100gr .32 DEWCs to load up, but all the data I'm finding is for 98Gr HBWC. Is it safe to use the same data?

Generally, data for hollow base wadcutters is low so that the bullet skirt does not get blown off. Hollow base wadcutter data is designed more for accuracy than raw power.

So, it should be fine for solid base wadcutters. Be careful when shooting the first reloads to make sure the bullets exit the barrel. With solid base wadcutters, you can up the load a bit over the maximum recommend for hollow base wadcutters.

Look at data for similar weight and construction semi-wadcutters for an upper limit on charges. Work up from the hollow base data.

Completely safe. In fact you could probably go up 10% from the lightest load of your gun is a modern solid-frame revolver.
I've loaded a lot of .32 wadcutter rounds over the years.

Update: Loaded up some 32s&w longs using the data in the Speer manual for 98gr HBWC. All 3 loads listed for W231 worked fine, with no noticeable difference in accuracy, noise, or (lack of)recoil. Minute of squirrel accurate at 20yds, which was what I was going for. Should make a nice small game load.
