Yeah been all over the news people waiting in line to buy and gun or ammo, many being first time purchases. They showed a line out the door at a store in California, I know there are plenty of pro gun people in Cali but as a whole to generalize I don't feel any sympathy for California voters who vote for gun control then think they are going to get one later in a panic.

Kinda makes me wish I’d bought my Vaquero a couple days later than I did so I could be part of the statistics.

I see it as a good thing, that people that have never considered owning a firearm before, are now realizing that it is the best tool for self-defense. They will also learn that many of the anti- talking points are false, as they try to buy online, and conversely, when they get to the store, and realize that the paperwork is involved, there is a background check, and, especially now, it will take a while to finish. We may have many converts, and not coerced, but having their eyes opened.

CNN said it was as easy as ordering a pizza....what gives?

I did order a new 9mm handgun before all the panic happened. Several times almost purchased 1,000 rounds online but stopped myself from spending even more money. Whoops!
Wont be shooting it for a while.
Have to get by with my 357s, 40s, and 45s

I was perusing Bud’s for something to spend my Trump money on and every frickin Shockwave is sold out:( glad I got the M&P9 when I did.

Yeah, I bought a Ruger Blackhawk a few days before “silly” hit. When it arrived and I went to pick it up, the weekend panic buying was in full swing.

Wouldn’t you know it, someone had already panic bought both boxes of .38-40 that were on the shelves in the state. :p

Fortunately, the brass and loading dies I ordered should arrive today.

11 states now over 200% and 14 over 100% increase compared to a year ago. Looks like KS was a head of the curve. Ohio is almost 300% the past couple days.
