A .375 H&H with poor bench technique will certainly give you a neck ache; with good technique it's merely impressive.
For me right now, all of them are aside from the .22's
I have a 44 Mag Super Blackhawk I will not likely shoot again. A guy promised to buy it. I hope he hurries so I don't hurt myself with it. I have a low threshold for temptation.
Borderline 454 loads in my 45 Blackhawk with stock grips will give you hand/wrist nerve damage.
Hey I have one of those im trying to sell for the same reason.
Have y'all tried decaf? 7.5grs Unique under a 240grSWC or 250gr Keith bullet?
I shoot that from my .44 special gp100, its a fantastic loading.Have y'all tried decaf? 7.5grs Unique under a 240grSWC or 250gr Keith bullet?
First time I shot a box of 3.5" 12 GA thru my new that day mossberg 835 pump. The last five were rapid fire and didn't completely recover from the recoil between shot 4 and 5. Stock wasn't in the pocket; man I was sore the next day. It does help with the back to switch shoulders every box of 338wm. First time I ever had BOTH shoulders hurting me from a range day...
I sold it off years ago after a buddy fell in love with it. Mine didn't really like 2 3/4" shells but my buddy runs 3 inchers in it and has no problems. If it's gotta be 3.5" I want a 10 GA...Those 835's are fun guns. Mine has an extender on the magazine tube. Holds 7+1 on 2.75in shells & 4+1 on the 3.5 inches. The extra weight does help tame some of the recoil.
teeter inverter...pictures please.Carrying two long guns, a full milsurp ammo can, and other range stuff might throw out my back these days.
I can fix that by hanging by my ankles on my Teeter inverter, though.
