Okay folks, I knew the ammo shortage was bad, but then I walked by the airgun aisle at Academy Sports today....not a pellet or pellet gun to be found. A few BB guns, most notably that $169 full auto DPMS thing, and a few BB's....but no pellets at all.

Do you think those are being hoarded too or is the demand for something, anything to shoot that bad? I know, I'll make a poll out of it....let's see what you think?
 
There are a bazillion pellets available online and, around here anyway, there have never been a lot of pellets available at the brick and mortar stores.
 
I bought a few thousand jsbs and a new airgun at the begining of last year. Still buy co2 cartridges by the 40 pack.

Stores here are well enough stocked now, begining of the whole mess everything was gone.
 
Rats; I was just coming back to edit and ask the Mods not to move to Airguns and it's already been done. Mods, would you please consider moving back? I believe more will see it in General and I wanted to see a broad response.

Don’t listen to him. There are almost no pellets online and they cost far more then you should be willing to spend.

Geez, I got enough issues finding ammo don’t screw my pellet stashes. Come on man!!! :).
