I saw those. I was interested in new production from Pietta, Uberti, etc. Taylor's and Company, Cimarron, EMA, Dixie Gun Works, etc.

My understanding is they were made by Armi San Paolo and imported by Euroarms into the US. Pendersoli later made an expensive accurate high end version for competition shooters. ASP had a good reputation for decent quality the Pendersoli version is in the same league as their Remington New Army competition model and the Pietta Remington New Army shooters model. That was in times past. I don't know of anyone who makes the R&S now.

Last I heard, the only manufacturer that might produce a R&S repro was Pedersoli...and theirs wasn't cheap. Glad I got mine (Euroarms) when I did.

According to Mike OTDP, Feinwerkbau made the best Rogers & Spencer. SEE POST #4 --->>> https://www.thehighroad.org/index.php?threads/rogers-spencer-pedersoli-or-euroarms.417418/

But the FWB is very expensive.
In 2011, Benmathes had a mint FWB that he was willing to sell for $1500.
There's a link to the FWB Rogers & Spencer owner's manual in this post: --->>> https://www.thehighroad.org/index.p...er-black-powder-revolver.571046/#post-7051203

I have a couple (Euroarms). One was worked on by Gary Barns (aka Hoof Hearted) and is exceptionally accurate in both C&B guise and with a Howell (Taylors) conversion cylinder and both of which have a lightened main spring making them more pleasant to fire repeatedly.
