The EMP continues to tempt me. If they could shave some weight, say by going with a poly frame, I know I would get one. As it stands, have it in my sights.View attachment 985335
My lgs has an EMP 9mm
There are 1260 reasons why I didn't bring it home......yet
Yes, I have been interested in them since they came out. I had a 1911 officer for many years, i really liked the size. It was too finicky though. The EMP continues to tempt me. Thats awesome.
Add laser sighting and thats the perfect companion sidearm to a phased plasma rifle!

Sure, but inverters for the 40 watt range are beyond even algore's carbon credits!Add laser sighting and thats the perfect companion sidearm to a phased plasma rifle!
an M1911 Navy Colt (made in Oct 1912). My great-uncle was a Torpedoman Chief in the Pacific in WW II and “brought it home” when he retired in the 50’s.
It’s actually from my iPhone of all cameras. I just got my upgrade and wanted to try it out. Some of the newer ones (mines an iPhone 12) have a portrait mode that blurs out the background. Have taken pictures of some of my rifles but I want to get all them photographed like that. See attached to see my French WW1 Winchester 1907 with a French 10 round magazine and S&W Revolver with basket weave grips.I like whatever photo technique that is.

Do you know what his boats were?

Navy marked 1911.... Hell of a legacy piece there with excellent provenance. He was on USS SNAPPER and USS PERMIT, then on a sub tender, USS OTIS.

AMT was known for their long-slide guns, but quality was kinda hit-or-miss.Kinda my thought also..........Did not know one could acquire a pistol like that with a longer barrel............( Must be my "sheltered life" )
