Guess that was inevitable at some point:

"TROY Industries has just announced that they will be moving both their headquarters and manufacturing plant to Clarksville, Tennessee. You may be familiar with TROY Industries from their popular line of sporting rifles including the unique TROY Pump Action Rifle (PAR). The move, which is taking place to “ensure the success of the company” citing the “changing climate for firearms manufacturers” as the impetus for the relocation. The 5-year plan will begin in June costing $7.2 million and creating 75 new jobs."

Good for Troy....

All the anti gunners in MA need to reap what they sew.... Next one to move should be Kahr Arms.
Its "sow" like seeds....

When they get production up and running, I hope they put the new address on the bottom of the sights- this would help weed out all the counterfeit Chinese Troy BUS out there. For a while, anyway.:(

Buying name brands like EOTech, Trijicon, and others on Amazon or EBay is kind of a crap shoot with regards to counterfeit products.

I'm surprised it hasn't already happened. Some states are not where you want to be making things like that. It's sad, but states like Massachusetts, New York, and California seem to want to drive out those type of businesses. What saddens me even more is that Massachusetts and New York state have 200 + year traditions of building guns.

That state with along history of firearms manufacture simply isn’t the same state that made good products way back when... They get little respect and no sympathy from this corner...
