Indeed... 25 bucks for a 15 dollar bag o’ bullets is no deal.

There is actually a reason for that... to prevent crushing.
Completely off topic... when I was a truck driver, I picked up a load of chips from FritoLay here in Dallas, going to Seattle. They routed me... and more importantly paid me... to run west to LA, then north up the 5 to WA... because the direct line, through CO, WY, etc. had too high elevations through the mountains... all the chip bags would have blown open.
Was the OP pointing out the PPU bullets were way overpriced, or that the bag of PPU bullets was priced at half of the Sierras so they’re a better deal?
I never did get the gist of the original post.

That's a very valid point for choosing brass, but I've never had a bullet of any sort last more than one firing.
Darned close, but nope. Check your calculator. $24.99 + $24.99 = $49.98. 49.98 divided by 50 comes out to .9996, while 49.99 divided by 50 comes out to .9998. Nevertheless, because I'd never heard of the other brand, I'd buy the Sierras even thought they cost .0002 cents apiece more - that is IF I needed 30 caliber bullets, which I don't.Uhhh, those are the exact same price per bullet.
Well, if you get down to the nitty gritty, the PPUs are $23.32/lb and the Sierras are $20.83/lb. So, the Sierras are obviously a bargain that any savvy shopper couldn't pass up.Darned close, but nope. You aren't trying hard enough. I once shot the same .40 180 grain bullet 3 times. Just to see what would happen. It worked all 3 times. That's a very valid point for choosing brass, but I've never had a bullet of any sort last more than one firing.
Happened to me in Colorado. North of Durango on 550. Just one bag on passenger seat. Bout gave me a heart attack. There is actually a reason for that... to prevent crushing.
