I hope this cheap baffle I made can help others with a Pro Auto Disk to throw really consistent powder measures. Take a small 5.5 oz V8 can, score a line 0.5" down from the top and cut with a box cutter along line, wrap a 0.5" wide piece of Gorilla tape around circumference and then drill/punch 3 x 0.25" holes. Fits hopper perfectly and works like a charm with no need to keep topping up the powder. Total cost about 2 cents (if you like V8).

On powder baffles you normally want the openings at the edge. The baffle opening is positioned so the openings are on the side, not to have direct flow to the rotor. This way the static pressure of the powder is not on the cylinder. As your is, the rotor will still see full static pressure from the powder. Will be interesting as seeing if this works since the only thing you have changed is rate to fill.

There is a pattern sheet out for baffles that covers all of the different sizes. Do a search on powder baffles and it should show up.

Are you sure?

This is for the lee auto disk not a rotor type.

I took the baffle out of my Lyman powder drop. It was a pain dumping unused powder. It did not effect my dispensing weights. My Lee auto drum also has none and works well.
