Which brand is the best for 7.62x39 drum mags

The newer Korean ones are fine. Had a Norinco drum back in the 90's which worked good, but had very sharp edges inside. Had be careful or you'd cut yer thumb.

I had a Romanian with the button on front. It was very serviceable. You could open it for cleaning. I used it a few years, and it never gave me any trouble.

I have 2 of the Romanian ones, never had any problems and I’ve used one of them quite a bit. Even used it with a bump stock and It feed flawlessly, thousands of rounds.
Mine are the 75 round, wind-up drums, from what I hear all of the wind-ups are pretty reliable. I would honestly buy any of them.

They are not usually listed in the US by model or manufacturer, only country of origin.
Ive never used a Magpul AK drum, but their AR drums are excellent. They have a great reputation, so I would assume their AK drums are good as well.

I have no idea. It wasnt a wind up model, that requires loading from the rear. Rather it had a lever on the from that moved the follower down one and allowed a round to be inserted. Do that 75 times and it was ready with no winding required. It had a removable back for cleaning and service but didn't load that way.

I got myself a Korean wind up drum from centerfiresystems probably five years ago. It has always worked perfectly in my M92, though the flapping winding key was a little annoying until I padded it with tape. I think I paid $80 for it back then if I recall correctly and I would consider it worth that much at least.
