I dumped a tube of small primers into my Dillon S1050 large primer feed. What a chore to clear up.

Some of the more visually interesting cases from my Tub of Dumb.
Left to Right:
No powder - didn’t unseat the bullet, luckily, since I “clicked” in the middle of a precision rifle match. This one was on my wife, she loaded it for me as I was working out of country on business, and hadn’t the time to load for the match. No harm, no foul, luckily.
Set my hydroform die incorrectly, blew up the first case I attempted to form.
Forgot I had taken the mandrel out of my expander die, so the neck was grossly undersized, tight enough to cause the shoulder to buckle in seating.
Set my flare die too high.
Set my 44spcl/44mag seating die to crimp for 44spcl, instead of mag. Squished the hell out of that 300grn XTP as I forced the ram home to seat the bullet (note the hourglass figure of the bullet below the lower cannelure where the crimp crushed the bullet).
