380 reloads

Yes , diameter is the same, but you don't want to try 124gr bullets in a .380.
Unless you are talking about specialty ammo like Liberty Defence, 9mm are generally 100 to 150gr, with 115 and 124gr probably the most common.

.380 is usually 80 to 100gr, with 90gr being the fairly common.
I have used the same 90 gr and 100gr hollow based RN for 9mm and. .380 but, I wouldn't go over 100gr in .380

I would recommend investing in a reloading manual like Lyman, Hogdon, Hornady, Etc.
You'll see a lot of the information I just mentioned is found in these manuals.

Diameter of the bullet is the same for 9mm, 0.355 inch diameter.

100 grain is about the maximum that is used in 380 ACP.

85-88 grain bullets are generally about the lightest.

I do not feel 380 ACP is fast enough to reliably expand hollow point bullets so I am happy to use round nose solid bullets. Generally the function reliably and penetrate clothing better.

I was surprised to find only one load listed for 380 Auto in Nosler 9...115 gr Sporting Hollow Point. I loaded some up several months ago but my son shot them all and didn't keep notes. So I made a new batch and just shot them off Sunday. I started at the middle of the load range...unexpectedly soft shooting. I thought half of my cases were splitting...so I thought I'd end the experiment. Turns out it's an artifact being left from either my son's Ruger, or my Springfield 911. In any event, I just got in actual Nosler 115gr pew-pews, so I'm going to give it another go with another .1gr bump, but still below published max.
On the other hand, I've had more success finding 95 gr JHP and they are nicely accurate in my 380s, and I almost ran out shooting them up in 9mm as it was just so much fun.
