I have a single stage rcbs press and in the process of finishing my basement it dropped about 5-6 feet straight down on concrete. Is it ruined? How would I go about confirming no significant damage was done to the integrity of the press??

I wouldn’t think it’d be ruined. I’d worry more about your concrete.
A visual inspection should tell you where it hit and if there was any serious damage other than a paint chip. Mount it up and operate it and see if the ram travels smoothly. As far as alignment of the ram goes, a rough test would be to screw in a die and see if the ram approaches in the center and touches the bottom of the die at the circumference. None of this is precision testing but close enough. I’d seriously doubt it’d be cracked, but, there is the warranty.

If it is an older RCBS your concrete floor is the loser in this round they are almost bullet proof unless you nicked the ram and it is highly unlikely that happened then the only real concern would be the arm connecting the ram to the handle which is cast and might have taken a healthy ding as this is the weakest point of the press.

Look it over carefully. I do not see how it could possibly be damaged. If it is please show us a picture.

The point of impact/contact (of the press) to the concrete would determine the likely hood of damage to the press.
Without that information it is hard to determine if any damage happened.
That said, there are tests that can determine the alignment/function of the press and some have been mentioned in other posts here.
