Threre are mny unlaw-abiding citiazens in North Caroaline who cahry gunswe can all agree on that! Many take advantage of loophole in law to carry "open" to the terror of the poeople most at starbucks adn the BANK OF AMERICA AT GUILFROD COLLEGE1! The local police will no enfrorc3 the law against terrorism carry. My friendsa and I are scarwed when weh see the guns. We left the Red Oak for more money at the BNK OF AMERICA and saw a gy taking too long at ATm. We wer giving him he!! about taking so long and he turned and gava us a drirtgy look and hE HAD A GUN ON HIS HIP OPEN CARRY FOR TERRORISM! We got a picture using a cell-phone carmera and later called the loca polcie but I guess there were too busy harasing local anarchist and midicalmarijuana smokeres to care.

My question is on tactics? If we woant to make a citizens arrest for a guy TERRORISM OPERN CARRYing in NC, how to we do it? Do you make up your own arrest form? Do the poliece give you some of theres? We have a car now to carry the guy downtown but where to take him just to front door of the jail? and what if we are druknk? We were driniing last time when the guy THREATEREND US WITH HIS TERRORIRSM GUN and could not have taken him in the car if hwe had it with getting arrested for DUI.!"? Or is there an exeption for making an citizens arrest? Can you drive drunk if you are making a citizen arrest? Is that OK. Please help with tactics? Should we carry pepper spray in case he tries to use his gun?

NC Leo is a well known troll who's been infesting Packing.org like a cockroach in the night. He targets primarily open carriers, but he's trolled against concealed carriers too.
 
Does this guy realize how badly the drugs have messed up his brain? Oh, wait, know I get it - GUNKID HAD A CHILD! Oh great scott, the legacy continues....
 
I like how he refers to them as "terrorism guns." I also got a kick out of Brian William's (CNN) recent reference to our founding fathers as "terrorists."

Methinks nc-leo is a functionally illiterate product of the public scrool system. If nc-leo was on my department, I would be showing him/her what terror was with a red pen everytime they handed in a POS report or affidavit with that kind of illiterate, grammatical abortion, scribbled on it. :evil:

NCLEO was on Glocktalk several days ago, stirring folks up and taking up valuable bandwidth. Just a warning, don't take him too seriously. He made a few threats, too. all of which were recorded and forwarded to the appropriate autorities...

By the way, NCLEO, I apologize if you are actually here for serious debate. I think it only fair to warn my fellow high roaders about your behavior on another firearms forum, which started with the same type of question.

Given nc-leo's phobic response to the sight of a gun I would presume nc-leo is an ultra-left wing, liberal type of person. As everyone knows this type of person would never attend a mere public school because of the elitist attitude that goes along with the ultra-left wing, liberal mindset. I would think this could be laid at the feet of the private school sector. I guess we should never pass up an opportunity to slam the public school system though.

Please, sir, for your own safety and the safety of anyone idiotic enough to associate with you: DON'T MESS WITH SOMEONE WITH A GUN WHEN YOU HAVE ONLY PEPPER SPRAY! While many of us would be gratified at the results; you, sir, would consider those results to be unsatisfactory.
