Justin, always good to hear from you :)

It looks like I will have to wait until after the SHOT Show before launching the CCC version becos' the TCC and some of the SERT System stuff are currently being field tested by some of the local PDs and we have to support these guys with changes that they need for the departments.

FYI, guys will be showcasing the whole SERT System at the SHOT Show. Our booth # is 8670.

Thanks.

I have been real happy with my WRB bags. Like the woodland camo pattern they offer. Prefer it over my bagmasters.

Hi all. I just saw this thread and it appears as though many of you have already expressed the comments I would have made. This looks like an excellent prodect...so good in fact that even though I actuall have no "real need" for one (I have a Starlite for every gun I own + 2 Eagle softcases), I am nevertheless going to get one of these as soon as they come in OD.

Thanks I-shot for giving us shooters input on your products.

Wow...

This thread has been going for WELL over a year now. It's interesting to see the progress from ideas to concept to prototype and then finally to the finished product, which I now own.

I can say that this is, hands down, the finest AR bag I've seen, handled, or owned. I look forward to purchasing a couple of the CCCs down the road for different lengths of ARs, and quite frankly, they are ideal for holding a couple shotguns, too. I won't need all the PALs for all the bags, but it's definately a must have for your main bag to organize all your gear.

Hey JT,

Sorry for the delayed reply. Unfortunately, with the continued interest in the TCC and our limited production capability, we've decided to focus on the TCC for now. In the beginning I was kinda concern about the pricing but it appears that for what the case provides, there are a lot of folks and departments that really like the TCC. Even as we speak, we're waiting on a NATO stock number (NSN) on the TCC due to interest from a couple of European units.

I keep looking at the CCC samples in my office and I keep telling myself that one day I'm gonna get these going but I just can't say exactly when :(

My apologies.

Helmie,

No apology necessary. It sounds like you're making out like gangbusters on the TCC, which is a good thing!

Justin

Helmie,

I just browsed thru your site of the new carbine case, and one thing I was too late to add, but see you've done is make the case rectangular. I absolutely cant stand rifle/shotgun cases that taper at the end, where one side is fatter than the other.

I must say, if you make some longer cases, and skinnier for shotguns (no detatchable magazines) I'd definitely be interested.

I might even sell of my nylon cases to get some of yours if you do go thru with it. :D

Absolutely fantastic!

I've been using my S.E.R.T. case every day for the last couple of months. I carry my Colt 6920 LE Carbine and spare mags in it. The case is big enough that I can carry the rifle with a 30 round magazine inserted. There is plenty of room in the outer compartment for MOLLE type pouches to hold spare magazines, a cleaning kit and when I get it, a TA-31 ACOG. If you have a lot of modular accessories for your weapon, this is the case to have, I'm sure you get most of the SOPMOD kit into the outer compartment.

The case has held up under the extreme temperatures in the trunk of my squad car this past summer.

I can only suggest two improvements. I think that the carry handle straps could be a bit shorter, and the addition of a velcro patch to the outside so you could affix a nametag or other ID on it would be handy.

Hey dosen't Waller already have all the things you guys are looking for? :)

I wouldn't know. I don't recall Waller asking me what I wanted out of a bag...

Having looked at their (your?) site, I don't see anything with the features discussed here.

Maybe if Waller sought out my feedback they may have products of more interest to someone like me. I don't think hijacking a thread will create that interest.

Majik, I did produce some shotgun cases but they were a limited production (more like a special order) for a department. The guys seem to like their cases and so I'm thinking about adding it to the line for 2006 (SHOT Show)

Jeff, thanks for the feedback, bro. I've noted both points :)

Case

I know you are talking soft cases here but I wanted to throw this out as I believe there is a market for this type of case. The case shown below is a standard Dockocil 25"X14"X5" hard-shell case. I use this case for My Colt 6920 and accessories. I cut the foam using an electric knife (not very professional, but functional). Several of my friends have made there own after seeing mine due to the fact that no reasonably price alternative is out there. The dimensions of this case don't scream "GUN". I can carry this case down the middle of Main Street and not get a second glance. It appears to be a saxophone case rather than a gun case. My point in all this is; I generated decent interest in this case just by showing it to friends and others at the range. Someone, with enough initiative and skill could make this into a quality looking set up and make some money doing it. I know I would buy another, especially if the foam was cut precise; it looked professional and was reasonably priced. Oh and one last thing, the case does lock. Pictures below.

This thread's been dead for a long time... but I saw somebody asking if the TCC would fit in a Pelican case. If anybody still monitors this thing, did you ever figure that one out? Also, the only thing I saw on the online store was the 30" model... are the other sizes going to be available again in the future?
