243 brass question

Is this from a crimp or a sign of over pressure?

I pick up a lot of brass when the deer comando's leave the range and keep what looks like once-fired factory stuff. I don't crimp my rifle rounds and never really noticed it before.

DING! DING! Winchester is correct. That's the only brand I noticed it on also.

Well...I guess I'm too late to enter this contest. and I had the correct answer too. Good find Elkabong...Clean-em, resize-em, load-em, shoot-em and do it all over again.:)
