You know that Haji wrap I was wearing... there is a reason... This is WITH it.
(Brass goes everywhere when you are shooting out of a car.)

Minus the shooting from vehicles, sounds alot like my Police emergency vehicle operations week. By far the most fun of the whole academy.

Keep us posted, great pics, and a bits of info. I don't know if you're planning a longer full AAR of the whole course when you're done, but if your not I hope you'll reconsider.

I will be able to go into more detail as I learn more.

I will expand the AAR by answering questions...

2 things I missed: We drove around with the cars 1ft. apart.

We also practiced pushing stalled vehicles (Stop TOTALLY one foot away, and THEN push.)

Sounds alot like the Defensive driving and evasion course I took... (except no shooting)

Day 3 of the course we were allowed certain things with our personal cars...

Y'all shoulda seen the looks I got from my fellow students when doing maneuvers in a restored '70 Hemi'Cuda convertible... (there's even some video of it out there somewhere...)

the movies of the 'Cuda are on VHS, and even if I DID have digital video, I have no way of uploading it... I don;t have a website, and my connection is an "air card" with poor signal here at home... it is a GREAT high speed connection when it has signal, but piss-poor with weak signal... and I am in the BOONDOCKS here... lucky to have signal at all!

the Hemi'Cuda did fairly well, but due to being so front heavy with the Hemi, wasn't perfect... my buddy who was there has a REALLY healthy small-block powered '68 notchback "A" body 'Cuda that was AWESOME...

but I'm told that my PlumCrazy Purple and white convertible was a sight to behold, being flogged on the skidpad...
