CNN: If you like guns, you might be a psycho

If you like guns you may be a psycho.
If you like cars you may be a psycho.
If you like CNN you may be a psycho.
If you like computers you may be a psycho.
etc etc etc

Just because there's a relation that psychos like guns, doesn't mean that gun owners are psychos. Just proves that there's a (very small) possibility.

Huh, go figure. I like to collect and shoot guns (it's terrific stress relief) yet I also gave two years of my life to serve God and my fellow man as a missionary (no I'm not going to start preaching here), I'm a loving husband and father, etc. I have no criminal record beyond a traffic violation. I hate violence between people, though I will defend my life and family without hesitation.

I guess that I would be considered an anomoly to Pat Brown.

:D

That was nothing compared to what CNN said after VA Tech., they had a segment on what women should look out for when dating (basically characteristics in a person that make them potentially abusive) one thing listed was to aviod men who OWN GUNS. What a load of crap.

.

Isn't there a bill about keeping "mentally ill" people from having access to guns?

I hear all kinds of chatter about this topic. I think this tactic is how the grabbers
will ultimately succeed. On the surface of it, the idea seems logical and
beneficial, but as always with these things, in the end it will (can) only
result in the loss of our guns with no real impact on psychos/criminals.

What CNN broadcast day would be complete without the typical self-serving, self-important pontificators on a mission to glorify themselves?

Has anyone looked at the Pat Brown website?

http://www.patbrownprofiling.com/

I wonder if someone would profile her as a woman who can't get what she wants, so she takes her frustration out on others. :scrutiny: She's like Mike Nifong with blonde hair.

I'm both offended and revolted by her assumptions, her mischaracterizations and her tawdry self-promoting agenda.

Why all the CNN bashing? Pat Brown is not an anchor so what does CNN have to do with anything? They brought her on for her opinion and just because we don't agree with it doesnt mean CNN itself is being biased. People go on News shows all the time as guests and express their personal opinion. Is CNN only supposed to have guests whose opinions are like ours?

Funny coincidences--my wife just pointed out an article about an awareness campaign in Virginia about child sexual abuse, which, if you go by the billboards, amounts to:

If you're a father, you're probably a pedophile.

OMG!!!!! I have several guns!

:eek::eek::eek: I am a psycho!!!!!
Quick, get me into the violent ward! I knew it, these voices told me I must have a gun!
:D:D:D

I never read anything from CNN other than the weather. My main source of news is Xinhua News Agency and Ren Min Ri Bao, straight from broadcasting central Shanghai, where I came from.

Actually CNN is a little bit biased, because I heard them talk about things such as concentration camps in North Korea, which is definitely untrue.

The discussion was about men who murder pregnant women.

Doesn't apply to you unless you've murdered a pregnant woman lately......and if you did, you ARE a psychopath.

Somebody pulled this totally out of context to rile up the faithful.

Some of the faithful seem overwilling.

I only own guns to protect myself from the Reptoids of the Hollow Earth. Psycho? Snort... Whatever. We'll see who's laughing when CNN is enslaved by their mighty sky squids.
