I don't think it's really about Joe Citizen carrying a gun. They're not scared of guns.

They _are_ scared bleepless of their fans. The stalker lunatic kind, which is generally the ones they notice. And they DO NOT (and you probably wouldn't either...) want those nutjobs armed...

Many stars have guns. However, most are not pro-gun. They want to be fortified while others aren't.

See Sao Paulo, Brazil for an example of the direction America is going. There's lawlessness aplenty while the rich travel in fortified motorcades from their fortified homes to other fortified locations. Hillary Clinton is an American example. She's protected by the Secret Service. That's the equivalent of her being armed. Meanwhile, she absolutely does not want citizens to have firearms.

The circle of the rich and famous will always have access to firearms. They’re not regular people. They don't have your back. Don’t be fooled.

The LA county sheriff only gives out like 6 CCW permits per year, to his friends and a few celebrities. Lee Baca is a sham. I can not wait to vote him out of office.

There are a lot of celebrities who DONT pack, but they hire bodyguards who do. BGs don't count as CCW holders because they're Armed Security, not CCW citizens.

And it should be the citizens who are afraid of Brittney and Lindsay, you've seen how they drive!

I live in Hollywood and the odds of getting a CCW in LA County are to the point where you're told not to even apply. It's ridiculous. The rules here are so bad. And they way they're written, its unclear what many of them mean. And cops see many flagrant violations and don't do anything about it. Korea Town sells dozens of illegal weapons (sword canes, etc) in the open and its no big deal. But buy one and you're screwed.

Also, just transporting a handgun requires extensive knowledge of the laws. If I weren't here for work, I wouldn't be here. In fact, no one would. It's not a "nice place to live." It's a place to work. All the celebrities flee LA County as soon as possible.
