31 States file in support of Heller

I'm not real surprised that my state, Iowa, stayed neutral... surprisingly liberal for a rural midwestern state, mainly on account of Des Moines.
I'll always be a Nebraska boy...

North Carolina = a state in the South, NOT to be confused with a "Southern State."

TN ain't a whole lot better CCW-wise, but they're working at improving it.

The leaders of the states that did not join the pro-Heller brief need a swift kick in the pants, and the ones that joined the pro-DC brief need a REAL swift kick in the pants!

Look at who is Governor and who she is supporting.

Both is always a safe bet; but if AG is not an elected position in your state then the Governor will probably get you the best value for effort.

In other news, the Maricopa County Attorney, Andrew P. Thomas, filed an amicus brief for Heller along with the Yavapai County Attorney and several others from Utah, Nevada and Wyoming.
