Does any body here own one?

I was looking at buying a complete 1911 from them. These things look beautiful. I was just wondering how reliable they are. For a custom pistol I would imagine they would be very reliable but I was looking for input from actual owners. They don't look to be much more than some others that put out a "high end" model.

Fusion Firearms is owned by Bob Serva, who was the president of Dan Wesson before CZ-USA bought them. He builds fine, no, make that, superb, firearms.

I had a 10mm CCO built locally, but the Slide is from Fusion. Bob even took the time on the phone to answer my gunsmith's & my questions as we were building it.

Purchase with faith & without fear, just show us some pics & let us know how fine it is!

Yeah, I talked with him about different options, very nice and helpful guy. On 1911forum.com there are some pictures that are just amazing. That is what got me started on saving $ for one. I have not seen one in person but what I see on line I am very impressed. Can't wait to get it in my hands. He sounds like he has a true passion for the 1911 and I think it shows in his work.

I don't own one, but the people who do seem to love them. It appears that Fusion 1911s should be added to the list of high end semi-custom 1911 makers, i.e., Les Baer, Ed Brown, Wilson, and Nighthawk. Of course, Fusions may actually be full custom, don't know for certain. Either way, they appear to be a great value.

I will own one shortly, my order went in several weeks ago and hopefully it will be finished soon. Everything I've read about them is great, so I'm really looking forward to it. I went with the longslide 10mm, and Bob Serva spent a good deal of time with me making sure I got to pick exactly what I wanted. Although I cannot yet comment on the gun, the ordering process has been top notch so far.

I own one. She is a real beauty! My gunsmith is a 1911 specialist, has built and tricked out hundreds of them over the years. He did a total rebuild on my Springer and customized my Kimber. He's got guys from other states that come to visit him in order to work/build their 1911's. My gunsmith has favored working with Caspian slides and frames, but after he worked on my Fusion kit, he has seriously had second thoughts about continuing to prefer Caspian. The fit and workmanship on them is superb. He actually had other fellas that came in looking for ideas on a custom build and he showed them mine, anybody who handled it immediatly fell in love with the workmanship and the very reasonable price. I did my research on them too, you won't find anybody saying anything bad about them. All you hear are raving reviews from anybody who has bought one. They are forged frames and slides, match grade barrels, etc.... You can't go wrong with Fusion.

I don't own one, but I did use Fusion parts when building a 1911. I am very happy with the quality.

I got my Fusion pistol ordered today. So that's good new. The bad news is I have to wait. I got the Scout pistol, it's there #106 in a 45 ACP. Ion bonded finish.
