AR 15 receiver/MASS

A quick question about tranferring a stripped AR receiver in MA. ON the transfer form you would put Rock River for the manufactorer, what would you put for barrel length? N/A? thanks in advance for your help. MAC

Isn't that in the area that the FFL fills out?

If you are an FFL, what does your BATF handbook for FFLs say?

You do not fill out the FA-10 on a stripped receiver because, according to MA law, it is not a gun.

Fill out the FA-10 when you put it together, and list the barrel length accordingly.
