Help pricing a Charter Arms Pathfinder

Going to be selling a 1977 vintage Charter Arms 22lr Pathfinder. It is in 95% condition. Tried to get some info on what it might be worth but no luck so I figured I'd try you guys.

adjustable sites? 3-4"?

my guess is in the $200-250 range, my dealer actaully paid someone $125 for one, I know he 2x is money

no dealer really want one unless its cheap real cheap See what selling for on auction not the asking price

I've seen the older Pathfinders selling for about $200. I had one back in the 1970's and it was a good gun.
