How respectable is my gun colllection?

Good practical stuff. Personally, I'd add a .22 auto (perhaps a Ruger MKII) for range practice and a S&W Airweight .38spl for concealed carry when the XD40 is too large for concealment.

dang! ive been wanting an AR an a gp100 for a while. i spent too much time buying as many cheap guns as i could. remember, if you know what you want, its worth saving up for. i would trade off several of my old guns for a new one but none of the ones i would part with are worth anything.

p.s. great choice on the maverick 88! i bought mine about 8-9 years ago and it has never failed me!

You have a wonderful variety of weaponry !!

Anything extra that you add to your collection will now be redundancy.

Oh praise be to redundancy!! I'm what you'd call redundantly redundant.

Thats my story too jeb... but... just keep the older, cheaper guns as they are just as fun to shoot as a finer weapon is. Just not as fine. I learned that I need to save for something of higher quality and to stop selling guns unless I just do not like the gun.

You've got the basics for defensive firearms, and you can hunt with them, too, if need be. But an absolute must is to add some .22LR rimfire guns. Don't get too caught up in all the accessories, especially for the shotgun. Make a .22 rifle your next purchase!
