Just bought First AK

Well its a saiga 223 and I love it already, bought it from a guy on THR. Just wanting to share my excitement thats all. I have been wanting a ak since I was 17 years old and have been putting it off for the last five years.

I paid 490 for it with about 150 rounds,a scope and three 30 round mags.

The guy I bought it from alreadly did the conversion.

Take good care of it. That chrome-lined barrel will serve you well if you keep it clean. Don't buy any of that "It's an AK, you don't need to clean it" garbage. General K himself would tell you a clean AK is a happy AK. Enjoy!

Cool AK! I just picked up a .223 Saiga this week also. Now I need to pick up all the parts to do the conversion.
