FIST, Simply Rugged and Lobo Gunleather come to mind.

I've got a couple of IWB FIST #20s that work great. Just ordered a Lobo IWB for my 4" S&W Model 28 based on good feedback I got from other THR members. The FIST #20s cost around $80 shipped, while the Lobo IWB runs less than $60 shipped (depending on the options).

Milt Sparks seems to be a good value though too since you can buy them and then resell them at no loss or even a profit.

Don't need to sell them. Check them out for yourself. I've spent over $500 in holsters looking for the best one for different guns. That all stopped once I found crossbreed. I wouldn't even consider another holster.
