Want to install choke tubes in my new shotgun. Does anyone have good experience with one that does this kind of work and has a decent turn around time ?

I was looking for aftermarket shops. It had not even occurred to me that the choke tube manufacturers would offer this service. It is getting late and I am tired. I checked out Carlsons also, they seemed to have as good a selection as Briley does.

I'm wondering about this myself. Gander Mountain will do this. They can send it to Briley for you, but it's like $180. They also advertise manufacturer tube installations, for $100 you can have them install the rem choke system. What would be better about the briley? I have an 1100 with a fixed skeet choke barrel, and would like to make it more versatile.

Have you considered just buying a new Remchoke barrel? The price difference may not be that much, and you get to keep your original barrel as is. And to the OP what kind of gun are you wanting to get the chokes installed on? You may want to do the same.

It is a consideration I've thought about. They run $230, but honestly I don't think I'd ever use the original barrel, and it's a gun I'd never sell. If I run into a used one then I think I'd buy a new barrel.
