Anyone know of a reliable extended magazine for the Hi-Point 995TS (9mm Carbine)? I'm considering purchasing one, but the 10 round capacity is a potential deal breaker.

Thanks guys!

The only ones are ProMag 15 rounders. I have 4 that, after a little tweaking, actually work well.

What kind of tweaking Jonny? I've heard those things are jam machines. If there's an easy fix for a noob like me id be interested to hear it.

I had to reshape the plastic bases to fit my ATI stock and squeeze the lips in a bit.

Sweet Johnny, thanks for the info.

Then don't buy it...So you have to reload a bit more often. I just bought a few extra mags, and I didn't die or anything.

lol. Point taken Clipper!

The biggest complaint with the Hi Points is the feeding problems. A fluff-n-buff to remove sharp edges on the mag ears and setting them to a .355 gap on the rear and mid ears and .345 on the front usually take care of any problems in the 9mm, of course the .40 specs are difference. Go to the Hi point firearm forums and check threads over there, there are a few on the promags.

If you can't hit it with ten shots, then get closer...

Exactly I mean why would you ever need more then 10 shots?

Hell I carry around a musket...1 shot or nothing bitches. I just ask the criminals to hold on for a minute while I reload

You do?

When I find myself living in situations requiring me to fire upon others routinely, I tend to un-ass the AO.

But I guess the streets run red with blood where you live.

And you like it that way. ;|
