Brass Magnet net?

I'll keep on bending over, Dr. says I need the excerise anyway. For what that costs I could buy 8 lbs of powder or a bunch of primers, not that I need any.

I don't mind the bending over part.

It's just that where I shoot most of the time is covered in grass & gravel.

Brass simply becomes invisible when it lands unless you have a "spotter" picking each one up before it can run off and hide.

The trashy girl on the website turned me away. A real product sells itself and doesn't need a 20-something spread eagle to sell it

Tarps work great, and the money you save is ridiculous. Or, like jcwit said, bend over and pick it up. In fact, your tarp will still pick up more than that netted system anyways. Seems like a huge waste of money to me

looks like a really expensive minnow seine to me. You can find 50' minnow seines for under $100, a 10' is under $20. You even get enough lead with it to make a few bullets.

Had to go check for the trashy girl, I didn't see any tatoos. One bonus you have with a net vs tarp is that the wind won't blow it all over the place.

I have on occasion stood just right to catch them in the bed of my pick'm-up truck!

But I can't get the truck in my buddy's back yard range where I shoot pistol most of the time.

I do like the brick patio & broom idea though!

I'll have to talk to him about him doing that!! :D

Blue Tarp and a few 1lb lead ingots should do the trick too. How about it guys?, we can be a direct competitor, except we'll sell our version for $118.99!!!!

i use a painters tarp with a chunk of firewood on each corner to hold it down in the wind when I shoot up north at a cabin

it's a canvas painters tarp, I think it was 12 bucks or so. I might get something different for snow. I have to admit that brass magnet looks slick but expensive.

Does it come with that very nice weight to keep it in place as shown in the picture?

I just spread a couple of old bed sheets that I got at a yard sale for a couple dollars. When dirty cut up for cleaning rags and get some more. I hold the corners down with the plastic boxes/buckets that I use to put fired brass into and my cooler.

Speaking of tarps, I used to shoot a lot at an informal range with a fair amount of trees around. A couple small trees just to the right of the firing position served to hold a sheet of plastic stretched between them like a shower curtain. It worked out well as the brass all collected at one place at the bottom. It cost closer to $1.20 than $120.

Hmmmm?

Maybe the model lady comes with it for $120 bucks!

I'll have to check on that.

PS: When I use a blue tarp, I take a couple three of my wifes wire plant stakes to hold up the back side edge to keep the brass from bouncing off the tarp. They are about three foot long with a pig-tail bend on the end you can hook in the tarp eyelets.
