Christmas grips.. finally had a spare minute

Well I finally had a chance to upload a few pictures of the grips I got for Christmas. They're VZ Double Diamonds in black desert sand with the mag release notch. I haven't had her out to shoot since I've put them on, but so far they feel fantastic in my hand.

Sorry for the poor quality, my cell phone is the only camera I have.

They look great! How are they on the hands? Grippy in a kind sort of way or like pressing your palm into a bed of spikes?

I ask because the last set of G10 grips I held where like a bed of razor blades that felt like they would slice me to ribbons with the first recoil. The owner admited that they were pretty hard on his hands when shooting. But he was waiting to see if they eased up with some use. I dunno, they seemed pretty much like cheese graters to me... :D
 
They feel grippy, not so sharp that it's unpleasant. I'm sure that with some "miles" on them, they'll smooth out a bit.
