That one is hard to see. Kinda looks like a coyote, kinda looks like a deer. I'm leaning towards deer but...somebody should make it better and post it so we can have a better look:)

I think el chupacabra is scarce back east so I'm ruling that out for now. Now if that were taken out here in southern AZ...maybe:p

It's a coyote.

I gotta find the picture of the jaguarundi I happened to catch. I doubt anyone would have figured that one out. Everyone says they don't exist in Florida but a small population was released in the '40s.

I would guess the first one as a bobcat because Florida panthers are very rare in southwest Florida.

Not really, they're making a half decent come back. I do have a panther in my hunting area as the neighbor has seen it numerous times. Mom and Dad live up the road in Arcadia and had one in their back yard too. Seems like one gets run over in Naples every month.

If that is a Bobcat, then it is one HUGE Bobcat. I guided in Northern Ontario for alot of years, and have trapped Bobbys in NC/SC/GA and have never seen one go over 2ft tall at the sholder. I killed a very old and fat Tom in Ontario that weighed 41# and it wasn't close to that tall and long as the one in the picture.

There is a reason there are coyotes and panthers in this particular area. The one house that butts up to this property is owned by an older couple who raise yip dogs. I'm not sure of the breed, it's one of the small lap dogs that don't ever shut up and they have dozens of them.

They have a good fence but the constant yipping draws in the predators.

Bobcat?

If that's a bobcat, it's huge. The markings on the face and leg look like a bobcat though. You Florida hunters and taxidermists probably have a more accurate answer.
