Bullets for me!

Looks like a couple of fun range trips worth there. Gotta love that 10mm some day I will once again have one:banghead:
 
You know out of the other 10's out there I'm not super stoked to own any other ones than what I have except... if Ruger did a GP100 in 10mm. I want the smaller frame than the 610 and don't want to pay to have mine converted. Other than that maybe the Dan Wesson at some point. Don't care for a Delta either!
 
Yea I guess if you mow through hundreds a session. I shoot less of the big calibers due to cost but 9mm and .22 I shoot a bunch.


I always chuckle at the guys who show up with a slew of ammo and pop them off just as fast as they can. Doesn't matter to them if they hit their target one bit and they learn nothing LOL. This past weekend a guy showed up with a Desert Eagle next to me and he had a PVC stand. He ended up having to stop three times to repair it about 20 minutes a repair. Couldn't even put the bullets in a 2'x2' target. Almost as good as the guy on the other side popping off 9mm one handed as fast as he could without putting a single one in the circle LOL.
 
Have you considered reloading, keeping a simple/basic setup just means more time invested to roll a few for target/hunting. A relaxing pastime that I dont mind in using extra time.
 
Nope. Much of the ammo I get couldn't be loaded for what I pay.

i reload what you have
9mm JRN for 15 cents/round
40 180gr JTC 15 cents/round
357 125gr JHP 16 cents/round

1 hour for my prep time and 250 rounds

if your price is better than that (delivered) please tell me
who you get them from. they are re-loads, yes?
by an individual or from a local small business?

and looks like he paid at least $13.00 shipping on the 9mm alone. Unless he picked it up at the store. And they are reloads. Look at the nickel mixed in the 10mm, plus the company, Underwood, is a reload company.
 
Yeah, $11 a box is okay for loaded ammo, but more than the ~$7 a box I load plated rounds for. If I shot cast, I could go cheaper.

I reload. My Grandson will go through a bunch in a weekend. Kid picks up his brass though.
Load your clips up with them bullets and go shootin'!!!! :) (That'll bring 'em out for sure :) )

Here we go again. Because someone makes a correction, folks come out of the woodworks to defend spreading ignorance. Same folks who gripe about attempts to ban assault weapons and barrel shrouds "which I think are the shoulder thing that goes up"
 
You should get out and shoot more. Nice collection of ammunition, good calibers to have on hand.

Here we go again with the self appointed righteous and always correct. Whose soul purpose is to be sure everybody falls in line with their view of right and wrong. Then try and tie a simple reference of a "bullet" to the anti gun crowd.
Then after all that add no value whatsoever to the OP's thread.

The OP has scored some stash. Good on him. Sounds like he got 'em pretty reasonable also to boot!
