magpul followers

does anyone know if the 30 round magazine followers from magpul (green or grey) will work with 20 round mags?

I guess thats how we came about with tilting followers in the 30s and discovering they dont work so well?

is there any thing I should know about the 20 rounders specifically? they are colt branded btw as they came with the rifle if that makes a difference
