If you have the 17,19, 26, and you shoot GSSF, how can you do anything else but go for the Glock 34 to complete the 9mm collection?

He'd also need the 17-L to complete the semi-auto 9mm Glock collection.

I also voted other for the longslide. You have all the sizes. I'd round out the collection with a longslide. I'd probably go with a 35, personally. I get bored shooting just Glock 9's. G35 with a 9mm conversion barrel just for compatibility with all your existing G17 mags.

I have or had Glocks in the 19, 26, 21 (sold), and 23 flavors. All Gen 4's. I liked them all except the 21 (which felt like I was holding a brick), but my favorite hands down is my 23. Not sure why...just is. So many folks trash the 40 S&W that I guess I've developed an appreciation for it. It just shoots well for me. It is my winter (I live in S. Texas) carry gun, but the first pistol I'll grab if I hear a window break at 0200. I generally carry the 26 when out in flip flops and shorts (most of the year).

The 30 is also a good choice, if you can appreciate the feel. I cannot. I do want a .45, but that will likely be an XDm or M&P

Good luck!

I'm playing with my 34 I just picked up today, and as a tradtionally revolver and 1911 guy, I gotta say...

...I'm impressed. I've shot Glocks before and was never really excited about them. After playing with some 35's and 34's that my friends have and being in the market for a new IDPA pistol I decided to look at the Glock line a little harder.

The 34/35's have a lighter trigger from the factory (4.5 connector vs. 5.5 for other models) a extended slide release, and a extended mag release as well as adjustable sights. It is a very nice pistol for not too much money. I'm very excited about getting to learn this one better.

I would hunt down a Glock 34 myself. I love 9mm Glocks and don't have any Glocks in a caliber other then 9mm. I would love to try the .357 Sig round but ammo costs keep me away. The .40S&W is a good round as well but it isn't for me.

While my favorite is the GLock 23, I voted for "other Glock". My vote goes to the Gen 4 Glock 20 in 10mm. Of course I may just be saying this because it is the gun I desire most. Very powerful, comfortable, awesome to fire. However it will be expensive to feed.

Like the others I too would suggest the glock 34 since you ahve all the other 9mm it is logical to get the 34 and complete the set :)

I'd vote for the 34, too, since you shoot competitively. In my opinion, though, no Glock 9mm set is really complete without a Glock 18

'course, I'll never have one either so ....

Only Class 3 dealers will ever have one, and even then it will only be a dealer sample. No legally transferable ones were made in time to be imported and added to the list of transferable firearms.

Unless the Hughes Amendment is repealed....
