My next Glock will be a 19.

First full frame pistol I fired was a 17 at the pistol range.

Since then ive shot many of them and liked them all. I have fired in no particular order models...... 17,19,21,22,26,34 and a few others as well I think

I don't normally mention how many guns I own online, but I'll make an exception here. I have three Glocks, a 21, a 26, and a 36. I will someday own a 34 and maybe a 30. Several years ago I had to accept the fact that I was a Glock guy. I shoot Glocks better than any other autoloaders. I like other brands and other designs; I just don't shoot them as well. A few years back I accepted this fact and haven't bought any non-Glock autoloaders since.

Well, that's not entirely true. Earlier this year I bought a Kel Tec PLR-16, but that was only because Glock doesn't make a handgun chamberd to shoot .223 rifle rounds. Now there's an idea for a new product from Glock...

With Glock's grip size, it may be a possibility...

Rich, I think those sights are TruGlo's: http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/sto...S+for+GLOCK~

Looks like the FO is well-protected, but the size of the dot itself is gigantic. I like the proportions of the Dawson Precision FO front sight on my G17 better myself.

Thanks Mike. I ended up with the Dawson/Heinie set up from CGR. Race cut rears per your influence :D

Mike... recoil in a 29 is of course dependent on the strength of the loading. Warm 10mm loads are pretty stout, but the Glock handles it well... I can't say that I shoot much more than 50 rounds at one sitting with the 29, though, as it's not exactly a pussycat.

The kids don't eat this week!

The other day I, went too shop too pick up some model 17 high caps before the Democrats try, and, maybe succeed in getting the ban again, with V.T. who knows how the winds will blow. After some trading and, wiggling, I, went ahead and, bought a new two tone 17. I had one before and, knew I, would be getting one again but wanted too buy a blued mod. 29 before S&W do away with them again.
As I, sit here looking at it I, can only think how miserable my life can be some times! Whoa is me.;)

What parts are needed to convert the 21 from .45 to 10?

Slide, barrel and mags?

Just a barrel and some mags for the most part. Some suggest a heavier recoil spring for the hotter 10mm loads and it was also recommended that I get the newer extractor with the LCI since I had the older one on my 21. All those extra parts are cheap and easy to install on a Glock so I didn't see any harm in trying them out.

I have 3 Glocks. A 22, 23, and a 30. The 23 I carry in a C-TAC most of the year and the 30 also in a C-TAC the rest of the time.

I love Glocks and always will. All my Glocks sport TruGlo TFO night sights.

Hey Outofbattery...How's the scotchbrite finish holding up?

Fantastic!I still carry it daily and it still looks exactly like it did immediately after the scouring pad assault.

Love my Glock 19

Went from a Glock 35, to a couple of Sigs, back to my current Glock 19. I am very pleased with it. May pick up a few more before it's all over with (the Glock 20 and 21SF both have me intrigued).
