Howa 1500, stainless, 22-250 price range?

What is a fair price to pay for a Howa 1500 stainless sporter in 22-250?

Black plastic stock, glass bedded, Leupold scope bases, dies and 200 rounds of brass.

It looks to be about 85-90%...

She was asking $465 for the rifle, the dies ( which look pretty new and a couple hundred rounds of brass. Half of it is virgin Hornady brass the other half once fired. So the brass is worth $40 and the dies are worth $25,,, So she is trying to get $400 from the rifle. I just can't find any other stainless Howa sporter weights for a comparison.
