I used the A-max and SST in a number of rifles, they always performed well, though I've since switched to the ELD-X line for my "do-all" loadings. I highly recommend a 180gr minimum for magnum velocities as they tend to shed weight quite rapidly.
Here's a 200 gr ELD-X I recovered from a mule...
I've got no experience with the GK but that velocity seems low. I run the 235 gr Speer and Barnes between 2800 and 2900 fps in my 20" bbl and those aren't top end loads. I've only ever shot deer with those but they are absolutely devastating out to 300 yards.
I've run the 270gr bullets nearly...
I don't mind the initial slack on the take-up, it's the break I don't care for. I'm probably spoiled after years of DA/SA pistols and owning a Walther PPQ.
I went with the XL because the standard grip module barely fit in my hand and I like a longer slide. Rides good AIWB and it is very shootable. My only gripe is that the trigger has a really mushy break.
Sometimes, but also mostly wrong. I run adjustable gas on all of my rifles and all of my rifles have CLE chambered Krieger or Larue chambered Lothar barrels. Adjustable gas is a pretty nice feature.
I use both. The extruded powders I use are cross compatible with my 308 Win loads and are usually used for 69-75 grain .224 bullets. If I'm shooting 55 grain bullets I use a spherical powder just because it's faster to load. Don't get caught up in the Fudd-lore about the AR platform, it's been...
Don't shoot them where the meat is and you'll do fine. One thing you can try is shoot some groups with that factory ammo and tune the seating depth to tighten things up a bit.
I have a bit of load development using 225 ELD and 245 Elites with H1000 and Ramshot LRT but component shortages kinda...
I don't own any of the options you listed but I can tell you that regardless of what you choose, you're more than likely to find things you want to change on the one you do buy.
Hard to go wrong with an Aero though, and that's what I would recommend.
All good options but I'm not sure how many, if any, barrel manufacturers would install your barrel. A pre-fit from McGowan or NSS would be your best bet and a 'smith probably wouldn't charge you 100 bones to install it.
Don't sweat it, most factory branded match ammo is garbage. If you hand load a 175/178gr HPBT or ELD/AMax with 42-45gr of Varget it ought to do you right.
Lovely rifle.
@Airborne Falcon I would highly recommend the 300 over the six five. I started a thread last year and then everything went to hell, but I've got bullets and powder now and I can actually do more in depth load testing.

Now don't over think this, deer are not bullet proof and you don't need anything fancy to fill a tag. I've taken North American game with everything from 223 Remington to 375 Ruger and a bunch of stuff in between, they all died...
Or, this is what happens when demand grossly out paces supply and half your workforce quits due to covid nonsense and/or luxurious unemployment benefits.
I can't say I blame Sportsmans for not shipping you a 300 dollar rifle considering that whatever profit margin they had gets eaten in...
