    .45 ACP Brass Primer Sorter

I've been reloading for decades and until recently I naively thought all this stuff was standardized.

But what the heck am I going to do with another one? They just aren't the type of scope I use. Darn it!

    Rmr 75gr bthp over rl15

I find it frustrating when I lay down a great group like that but then can't duplicate it. Then I'm left to wonder: was it a fluke? Is it me? Is it the rifle? The scope? The load?

    Riton scopes?

    Not exactly a ringing endorsement.

    Riton scopes?

I've never had anything to do with Riton. I have a theoretical AR10 build in my head and I'm thinking a scope like this is what I'd like to put on it. At 422.00 on sale the price looks right and I really like that reticle. I'd like it even more if it was illuminated...

My scope came last Saturday. My rings were delivered yesterday. I'll get it mounted up tomorrow and likely shoot it on Saturday. The plan is to have this scope float around for ammo evaluation. We'll see.

    You know that sick feeling

I knew it was off. Called flyer. I was into my squeeze and I thought about the last round I sent and the trigger broke, and the crosshair was not in the center of the target as it had been for the previous shots.

    You know that sick feeling

That's brutal to have that kind of string broken by a technical issue!

    You know that sick feeling

Yep. Must be a law. I think if I can repeat that group, and it maintains its vertical shape. I may keep increasing the charge till it gets round, falls apart, or, I hit pressure signs. But if it will keep shooting like that.......I'm happy.

    Any 300WinMag plinking loads?

I'll watch this with interest. I've wanted to work up a 308 level load for my 300wm for awhile but never got round to it. My hunting load is 70 couple grains of 4831sc under a 180gr nosler etip. It's accurate, and decisive on elk.

Best Speed Loader for Glock Mags?

When I started shooting double stack 9s I quickly realized I wanted, maybe even needed, a loader. I went with maglula. I have no regrets. When I decided I wanted a tool to strip ar mags, maglula again. It just works.

If you're bound and determined to refinish that rifle, look into slow rust bluing. It uses very little in the way of chemicals and leaves a durable attractive finish that compliments older firearms.
