The Corbon 115 gr. is a good recommendation if you want your brother to die in a gun fight. Otherwise you should recommend 147 gr. Gold Dot, Ranger, HST, etc.
My bedside weapon is a Glock 17 loaded with 147 gr. Gold Dot. I use only 147 gr. in all 6 of my 9mms. Anyone who tells you not to use 147 gr. is a MORON.
Since the .40 comes in a variety of loads, I think it is very important to specify the load when speaking about the .40. Are we speaking about full power 165/155 gr. loads or at the opposite end 180 gr. loads at 950 to 975 f.p.s.?
If you like the Sig 226 check out the Sig 2022. The polymer Sigs have better triggers than there metal counter parts and they are a couple hundred dollars cheaper. The Sig polymers are over looked while they are some of the best polymers on the market.
