    Face to Face Firearms Purchase

    Ive done a few face to face but always did a sales reciept with description of the firearm and serial number and buyers drivers license. I also include my name and address on the reciept. He signs it and I give him a copy and its good to go. You can buy reciept books almost anywhere.

    What's the oldest (by date of manufacture) ammo you've fired or own?

    Not sure of the date but I used to shoot 303 British when I had a WW-1 Enfield and the rounds had Cordite instead of powder.

    My favorite range had an oopsy!

    Thank God I wasnt there when it happened but the Range I shoot at had a Guy shoot himself in the head and killed himself. Their not sure if it was accidental or on purpose.

    Kudos to Berry's bullets.

    I used to use Hornady XTP's and have been happy with them but they got a bit pricey for just target shooting so I decided to try Berry's Bullets and I must say I'm impressed with them. Hornady XTP's are still my defense Bullets .

    What? You have to clean them?

    I have a Taurus Pt-111 G2 that if you dont clean it after about two hundred rounds you start getting light primer strikes. I pulled the striker out to clean the channel and actually foung a sliver of Brass inside along with Carbon. I love the Gun but I think its a bad design.
